- Run executive business reviews, strategic planning meetings, steering committees, and other senior customer forums.
- Lead change initiatives within the regional enterprise sales function, including team structure, operating processes, and market approach.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services to keep customer outcomes and value delivery aligned.
- Represent the business externally at industry events, through thought leadership, and in executive networking settings to build market credibility.
- Handle sophisticated escalations and resolve high-risk customer issues while protecting long-term account value.
Candidate profile
- Substantial experience in senior enterprise sales leadership roles within SaaS, software, or other technology-led organisations.
- A proven record of delivering revenue growth through renewals, expansion, and new enterprise acquisition in complex environments.
- Experience leading teams through transformation, scaling, or significant organisational change.
- Strong background in building and maintaining C-level relationships across large enterprise accounts.
- A strategic mindset paired with a practical, hands-on leadership style and the ability to deliver in fast-paced settings.
- Strong command of enterprise sales cycles, strategic account management, and value-based selling.
- Familiarity with AI trends and their influence on enterprise software and customer expectations is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to influence across all levels.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, or workforce technology would be a clear advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive executive pay package with a fixed salary and performance-based bonus.
- Unlimited vacation allowance.
- Optional private medical insurance available from the first day.
- Group life assurance, income protection, and critical illness cover.
- Pension plan along with financial wellbeing support.
- Employee Assistance Programme and access to mental health resources.
- Training and career growth opportunities with strong internal mobility.
- Quarterly paid volunteer days for community involvement.
- Access to discounts and a wellbeing portal.
- Ride-to-work scheme plus additional local benefits where available.
- A fast-moving, people-centred culture that values ownership, agility, and impact.
Application and data handling
Applications are screened using an AI-supported matching process to help identify candidates who best fit the core requirements. The strongest matches are forwarded to the hiring company, and the employer’s internal team manages the final selection process, including interviews and assessments.
By applying, you consent to the processing of your personal data for candidate evaluation and sharing relevant information with the employer, in line with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection at any time.
AI tools may assist with certain stages of the recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, analysing resumes, assessing responses, and checking for inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support recruitment activities but do not replace human judgement, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
