The Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for APAC, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, is responsible for executing and enhancing the talent acquisition services regionally, covering mid-career and early career recruitment (excluding executive hires). This role partners closely with business units, regional and global TA teams, and outsourced providers to implement TA strategies and ensure the successful fulfillment of critical hiring needs while aligning employer branding to regional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery across APAC for all employment categories except senior executives.
- Collaborate with global TA and GBS teams and suppliers to unify regional and divisional recruitment efforts into a seamless enterprise solution.
- Drive best practice benchmarks by overseeing vendor relationships and operational performance, ensuring service excellence and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead operational vendor management by setting expectations, monitoring delivery, and driving improvements through partnerships with procurement.
- Champion Early Careers recruitment strategy and execution within the region including brand, attraction, selection, and related program frameworks.
- Coordinate with Executive Talent teams to maintain consistent brand and recruitment experience across the talent spectrum from early to mid-career.
- Contribute to continuous TA process, technology, and operational improvements balancing global standards with local needs.
- Engage regional stakeholders to build understanding and support for TA services and enhancements.
- Represent APAC in shaping and implementing global TA transformation initiatives and local improvements.
- Leverage automation and innovative approaches to future-proof Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to inform supplier management and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, policies, and diversity & inclusion commitments throughout recruitment.
- Oversee financial management of the regional TA function including budgeting, cost monitoring, invoicing, and purchase orders in partnership with Head of Talent Acquisition.
Desired Profile
- Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition covering mid-career and early career recruitment.
- Strong APAC region experience, specifically in India and Singapore, is mandatory.
- Track record in operational leadership and effective vendor management within recruitment.
- Knowledgeable about employment laws, regulatory requirements, and diversity and inclusion best practices in APAC.
- Ability to translate business strategy into recruitment plans and deliver excellent operational outcomes.
- Data-driven with analytical skills to use recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, working well with diverse and senior teams.
- Experience in project management and leading change initiatives related to talent acquisition.
