Job description
About LUXASIA
LUXASIA is Asia Pacific’s largest and most established omnichannel beauty brand builder. Since 1986, the company has helped more than 100 luxury beauty brands enter and scale in the region, including names such as Albion, Aveda, Bvlgari, Calvin Klein, Creed, Diptyque, Hermès, La Prairie, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Montblanc, Rabanne, Ferragamo, and SK-II. Its integrated capabilities span luxury retail, e-commerce, consumer marketing and analytics, and supply chain management, supported by a team of 2,700 people across 15 markets.
Why This Role Matters
This position is responsible for regional supply chain planning and inventory control across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. The role focuses on improving inventory quality, reducing slow-moving and obsolete stock, strengthening forecast accuracy, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth collaboration across functions while maintaining regulatory and operational discipline.
What You Will Do
You will own the monthly planning book process, including consolidation, segmentation, and market alignment across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. You will also keep forecasts current, support new product development pipeline inputs, and manage monthly allocation for SEA markets based on the frozen month.
For Hong Kong inventory management, you will lead the slow-moving and obsolete inventory strategy, define and monitor related KPIs, identify exposure, and implement corrective actions. You will also provide clear inventory summaries and practical recommendations to stakeholders.
You will handle monthly and quarterly write-off activities, including approvals, consumption monitoring, expiry tracking, and resolution of inventory balance mismatches. Inbound operations will also fall under your scope, such as discrepancy handling, urgent goods-receipt support, purchase order creation, intercompany transfers, shipment oversight, and supply tracking.
On the commercial operations side, you will process Hong Kong sales orders covering department stores, chain stores, and perfumeries, and manage free-of-charge processes for Singapore and Hong Kong. You will oversee outbound logistics and export execution, including freight cost optimization, forwarder performance, shipment visibility, delivery assurance, proof-of-delivery compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will manage warehouse and system governance tasks, including inventory transactions in ERP systems such as SAP, stock transfers, bundling and unbundling accuracy, and control improvements that protect data integrity. In Singapore, you will co-lead H.S.A product registration tracking and support weekly governance to ensure regulatory compliance. You will also work closely with Finance, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams to support reporting, marketing material needs, and broader supply alignment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related discipline. Applicants may be fresh graduates or professionals with 2 to 3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, demand planning, or similar functions.
You should bring strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and close attention to detail. Hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is expected, and exposure to planning tools will be an added advantage.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills are important, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, demanding environment. Familiarity with S&OP processes will be beneficial, and you should be comfortable taking on additional ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager.
