Regional Sales Manager - Middle East

Position Summary

This role is responsible for expanding and sustaining the market presence in the Middle East for Shanghai Hi-Road Food Technology’s Overseas Business Unit. The position primarily focuses on dealer and customer relationship management, brand stewardship, and achieving defined sales goals across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Middle East regional market by identifying and selecting distributors and partners, conducting contract negotiations, and formalizing agreements.
• Implement diverse marketing campaigns and organize brand promotion and public relations events to boost brand visibility within the region.
• Manage and nurture distributor and customer relationships, identify areas for process and product improvement, and enhance customer service initiatives.
• Deliver training programs to distributors and customers to support product knowledge and operational excellence.
• Collect and analyze competitive intelligence and market trends to inform strategic planning.
• Create and maintain comprehensive archives of distributors and customers, periodically evaluating agent performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other company divisions and external partners to facilitate relevant business operations.

Job Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of baking products or direct experience in bakery operations and production.
• At least five years of sales experience within the Middle East market, preferably in the Non-Dairy Whip Topping category or closely related baking ingredient sectors.
• Ability to handle stress effectively and be willing to travel frequently across the region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
