About the Role
We seek a seasoned professional with a demonstrated history in the bakery sector to champion the expansion of La Lorraine Bakery Group's offerings throughout the GCC and the broader Middle Eastern region. This position focuses on uncovering growth avenues, forming strategic alliances, and increasing market share across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the region aligning with corporate objectives.
- Spot fresh business prospects and industry trends within the manufacturing landscape.
- Generate precise sales projections and set performance benchmarks on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to stimulate growth.
- Handle negotiations on contracts and pricing to enhance profitability and secure sustainable partnerships.
- Oversee sales operations focused on clients and distributor networks in the designated region.
- Perform routine business assessments with major accounts to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to maintain product availability timelines.
- Coordinate with finance for credit control and collections.
- Promote a results-driven culture prioritizing customer service excellence.
- Work alongside marketing to tailor promotional activities targeting foodservice clients.
- Drive revenue growth, market entry, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and leadership.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or similar fields; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 12 years of sales experience, ideally within Hospitality, HORECA, or Catering channels.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing expansive territories.
