  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to keep post-sale steps moving quickly and without unnecessary friction.
  • Check forms and supporting documents for completeness and correctness to reduce delays, errors, and rework.
  • Monitor onboarding files and keep track of progress through regular follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers, Private Bankers, and other partners in improving conversion and business outcomes.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Private Bankers and other internal partners to strengthen collaboration and trust.
  • Coach partners on onboarding requirements, documentation standards, and effective process practices.
  • Deliver prompt, informed, and professional service throughout the client onboarding journey.
  • Stay up to date on products, internal processes, and regulatory requirements to handle accounts accurately.
  • Help improve workflows, procedures, and reporting through organized recordkeeping and process support.
  • Assist with client-facing materials such as onboarding packages or supporting sales proposals when required.
  • Manage multiple onboarding files in an organized way to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
  • Work with internal teams to remove blockers and improve onboarding efficiency.
  • Contribute to broader sales and onboarding initiatives, including training support, process updates, and program execution as needed.
  • Take on additional duties and accountabilities according to business priorities.

Requirements

  • Two to three years of relevant experience, together with a post-secondary degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
