Role Overview
We seek a dynamic, adaptable Regional People & Operations Lead to enhance our company culture, support our workforce, and ensure our HR and workplace functions operate smoothly. This role transcends traditional HR boundaries, valuing ability, initiative, and attitude over formal HR tenure. Candidates from HR, operations, consulting, project management, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct regional People and HR operations throughout Southeast Asia offices and remote teams.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to shape people strategies, drive organizational development, and align with business priorities.
- Boost employee engagement and cultivate a culture centered on ownership, teamwork, innovation, and high output.
- Handle full employee lifecycle management, from recruitment and onboarding to performance oversight, development, career growth, and offboarding.
- Guide managers in employee relations, addressing performance matters, conflict resolution, and complex personnel issues.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits ensuring precision, timeliness, and compliance.
- Maintain practical HR policies, uphold employment practices, and manage records aligned with relevant laws.
- Manage daily workplace operations including facility management, vendor relations, procurement, office supply logistics, company assets, and administrative duties.
- Identify operational inefficiencies promptly, assign responsibilities, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Enhance processes and create systematic approaches to reliably manage routine operational tasks.
- Organize corporate events, employee engagements, and internal communications.
- Lead or assist in business improvement initiatives, transformational projects, and cross-departmental collaborations.
- Leverage technology, AI, automation, and data to streamline HR and operational workflows.
- Champion efforts to reduce manual work, improve employee and managerial experiences, and showcase JustLogin as a model modern HR tech company internalizing its products.

Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant background in HR, people operations, business operations, consulting, project management, technology, or related disciplines.
- Some exposure to HR operations, payroll, recruitment, or people management advantageous though extensive HR experience is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws is a plus, with willingness to acquire knowledge rapidly.
- Experience in technology companies, SaaS, startups, or expanding enterprises is favorable.
- Strong abilities in communication, problem-solving, organization, and execution.
