About the role
This fixed-term opportunity is for a detail-oriented payroll professional to support payroll operations across the MEIAT region in a fast-moving international setting. The position is central to keeping employee pay accurate, timely, and compliant, while supporting smooth coordination between HR and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full payroll cycle from start to finish, making sure every step follows company rules and local legal requirements.
- Carry out monthly reconciliations, check data carefully, and prepare clear payroll reports for leadership review.
- Serve as the main payroll contact for employees, HR, and Finance by answering queries accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to improve workflows and quickly fix payroll differences or errors.
- Look for ways to strengthen payroll processes, including system improvements and more effective working methods.
What you should bring
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience handling payroll end to end, with strong exposure to MEIAT region rules preferred.
- Practical knowledge of payroll systems and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong analytical ability, careful attention to detail, and solid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams in changing environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
