Role Overview

We seek an energetic and people-oriented Regional Operations Manager to oversee several dental practices across North Auckland and Northland. This role involves driving exceptional operational performance while empowering teams to deliver superior patient experiences in a customer-centric, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multiple dental clinics ensuring they meet operational, commercial, and clinical goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Practice Managers and clinical personnel to nurture engaged, high-achieving, and customer-focused teams.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership development to build accountability and continuous team improvement.
  • Evaluate performance metrics to implement initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and financial results.
  • Work jointly with departments such as Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical teams to align practice functions with broader business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, monitor practice performance, and facilitate the execution of regional and national projects.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture rooted in Lumino's values and dedication to superior patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing multi-site operations, preferably in healthcare, dental services, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong leadership ability in coaching and developing teams across several locations.
  • Robust commercial insight with aptitude to analyze data and drive business performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus on excellent patient care and operations.
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset coupled with a passion for people development and performance enhancement.
