About the Role

This position is for a Regional Operations and Service Analyst based in the United States, supporting a partner company. The role is situated at the nexus of operations, advisory support, and regional business execution within a dynamic wealth management setting. It provides extensive exposure to both strategic projects and daily operational tasks that back high-achieving advisory teams. Accountabilities

  • Offer direct operational and administrative assistance to regional leadership, including the Director of Business Execution and advisory teams, on strategic initiatives and daily priorities.
  • Aid in the onboarding of new employees and advisory teams by coordinating logistics, system access, documentation, and integration into regional workflows.
  • Help create and disseminate standard operating procedures, best practices, and training materials to foster uniformity and operational excellence.
  • Manage office operations and administrative requirements, such as facilities upkeep, vendor liaison, and workspace arrangements.
  • Address and manage assigned operational requests, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution among various stakeholders.
  • Gather, examine, and interpret operational data and performance indicators to identify patterns and suggest process enhancements.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, client service quality, and regional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal departments on ad-hoc projects, acting as a dependable operational resource for the region.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, financial services, consulting, or a demanding professional setting.
  • Prior experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of operational processes, data analysis, and performance tracking in business contexts.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills, with the capacity to organize, interpret, and present data effectively.
