Role Overview

The Regional Manager for the Northeast is a key driver for the region’s success, balancing sales and operational responsibilities. The role involves generating new sales leads, scheduling qualified sales meetings for the Regional Director, and stepping into on-site event leadership as needed. This hybrid position offers a growth trajectory into leadership within a dynamic environment.

Territory Coverage

The region covers multiple states including Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily outbound sales prospecting efforts via cold calls, emails, and social media targeting private courses, charity, and corporate clients within the Northeast.
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and industry-specific resources.
  • Schedule and confirm discovery and sales calls directly into the Regional Director’s calendar.
  • Prepare briefing materials and conduct pre-meeting research to ensure effective client engagement.
  • Reschedule meetings promptly in case of cancellations or no-shows to maintain sales pipeline momentum.
  • Maintain strict discipline in logging all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions daily within the CRM.
  • Support the Regional Director at events, assisting with operational duties as needed approximately one month per year.
  • Lead and independently manage events when assigned, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Document all leads and conversations gathered at events for strategic follow-up in the CRM.
  • Adhere to all Trility event protocols, run-of-show guidelines, and client experience expectations.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Between 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or as an SDR/BDR, demonstrated by a strong work ethic and results.
  • Comfortable and proficient with high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Highly organized with disciplined CRM usage and follow-up practices.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in ownership-oriented roles with little direct supervision.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively within the Northeast territory for events.
  • Professional demeanor, representing a premium brand at high-caliber events.
  • Genuine interest or knowledge in golf is highly advantageous.
  • Resides in or can effectively operate across the Northeast region.
