- Take an active role in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding to bring in strong talent.
- Make sure sites are staffed appropriately and plan ahead for staffing needs.
- Support the opening and launch of new sites in your region.
- Serve as a regionally based leader committed to the success of your territory.

- Prior leadership and management experience across multi-location teams.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale onboarding programs for high-performing employees.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical ability and the capacity to motivate others in a deadline-driven setting.
- Experience solving complex problems under pressure.
- Well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to balance strong attention to detail with fast execution.
- Willingness to travel at least 90% of the time.
