Role Overview
The Regional Leasing Consultant position focuses on managing prospective tenant leads, facilitating virtual property tours, and meeting leasing objectives. Key duties include prioritizing tasks via CRM tools, building strong connections with prospects, converting appointments to tours, and ensuring a smooth handoff to on-site personnel. This role demands excellent communication, diligent follow-up, and the use of multiple technology platforms to assist potential residents in finding homes, while leveraging local market knowledge and cross-selling opportunities. The consultant also supports corporate sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and complete prospect-related tasks, especially those tagged as Action Required and communications handed over by AI systems.
- Engage prospects through outbound calls to build rapport, confirm appointments, and convert these into property tours.
- Ensure coordination of same-day tours with potential residents.
- Maintain communications respecting prospects’ stated preferences and conduct conversion-driven phone interactions with both inbound and outbound leads to secure appointments, virtual tours, and applications.
- Address objections effectively, emphasize property features and benefits, and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of assigned communities.
- Cross-promote local properties to match and broaden prospect preferences.
- Utilize pre-recorded property videos (e.g., Realync) in all communications to enhance engagement.
- Inform prospects about advantages of becoming Windsor residents, including offerings like Bilt Rewards.
- Remain informed about local employment, businesses, community events, and demographic lifestyles.
- Conduct quarterly competitor analysis by evaluating selected rival properties.
- Perform regularly scheduled tours of assigned properties, with increased frequency after significant renovations or updates impacting sales presentations.
- Ensure full compliance and engagement with all leasing programs and technologies including Realync, EliseAI, Engrain, and Bilt.
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction goals measured through surveys and online feedback.
- Travel up to 10% to support business needs.
Expectations
- Availability for weekend work.
- Strict adherence to follow-up protocols as per company policies.
- Maintain zero overdue tasks by midday each business day.
- Keep Action Required task count at or below ten daily.
- Complete quarterly travel to local sites.
- Comply fully with the Hybrid-Remote Work Policy.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage starting at $21.62, with a salary range up to $27.03 based on experience, tenure, and location; annual equivalent roughly $44,969.
- Bonus opportunities averaging 20% of base annual salary, paid quarterly.
- Total compensation potential approximately $53,962 (base plus bonus).

- Earn 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation accrued bi-weekly, six weeks of paid parental leave after one year tenure, 10 paid holidays plus up to three floating days annually.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent educational/experience combination.
- Prior work experience in multifamily housing or property management operations preferred.
- Familiarity with Funnel CRM preferred; Microsoft Office 365 proficiency required.
- Sales experience related to the apartment industry is an advantage.
