Position Summary

The organization is recruiting an accomplished Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions across the United States. This position acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, blending strategic HR guidance with practical execution across all main HR areas. The chosen individual will enhance organizational expansion, employee involvement, talent growth, operational excellence, and adherence to regulatory standards while collaborating closely with regional business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to align human resources approaches with corporate goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational structure, succession strategies, and talent programs.
  • Assist with deployment of regional and global HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Manage comprehensive recruitment processes throughout the region.
  • Develop and administer training and development schemes.
  • Support all stages of performance management, including target setting, feedback, development plans, and career advancement.
  • Promote a culture characterized by engagement, inclusivity, and high performance.
  • Drive employee engagement activities.
  • Work alongside managers to resolve employee relation issues efficiently.
  • Supervise daily HR functions across the U.S., including payroll administration and HR information systems.
  • Administer employee benefits and remuneration programs.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Help design and implement market-competitive compensation frameworks.
  • Conduct salary reviews and analyze market trends.
  • Guarantee compliance with employment laws applicable in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Create, apply, and uphold HR policies and procedures.
  • Execute HR audits and ensure consistent enforcement of policies.
  • Manage workplace logistics and other administrative tasks facilitating a productive work environment.
  • Engage with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
  • Support internal gatherings, employee-focused events, and engagement schemes.

Candidate Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of eight to ten years of advancing experience in HR, including several years in roles such as HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
  • Proven experience supporting operations across multiple U.S. states.
  • Familiarity with international company environments is a strong advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with payroll processes and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Strong analytical ability with a record of leveraging HR data to guide business strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills along with coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to combine strategic perspective with practical implementation skills.
