Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Head to spearhead our SMB Field Sales operations in Pune. This leadership position demands a driven individual who excels at cultivating high-performing teams, ensuring effective execution, and achieving sustained business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and manage a team comprising Managers and Business Development Executives (BDEs) to consistently meet monthly sales objectives.
  • Enhance field execution, maintain high productivity, and enforce sales discipline through clearly defined Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities to first-line management.
  • Foster an environment centered on accountability, ownership, and superior performance.
  • Strategically grow the customer roster while boosting renewals and revenue.
  • Regularly analyze business performance metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possesses 8 to 15+ years of experience in Field Sales or SMB Sales sectors.
  • Demonstrated capability managing extensive, geographically dispersed sales teams via intermediate managers.
  • Strong analytical skills with a comfort in handling data-driven performance measures and productivity metrics.
  • Proven history of building, scaling, and leading sales teams effectively.
  • Exhibits proactive leadership with high energy and excellent execution focus.
  • Prepared to undertake frequent travel across the designated region.
