Role Overview
We are seeking a committed and solution-oriented Regional Feed Partner based in the Taranaki region. This position involves working from your home office when not out meeting customers or travelling through the region. As an energetic and self-driven sales and business development professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our customer base, focusing on retention, value creation, and acquiring new clients. This is an exciting period of growth for our GrainCorp Feeds division, featuring new innovations to drive success for you and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans directed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives effectively.

Candidate Profile and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a background in agricultural sales with proven success in account management, sales, or business development. While experience within animal feeds, farming, or nutritional sectors is advantageous, we are open to diverse backgrounds that demonstrate relevant skills. Key attributes include the ability to foster new relationships, manage time efficiently, and a forward-thinking mindset.

Additional Information
Some travel will be necessary, including overnight stays away from home. Proof of legal working rights and completion of background verification will be required for shortlisted candidates.
