Role Overview
We are seeking a founding Regional Director to exclusively lead and own the United States market. This position entails complete exclusivity as the sole authorized distributor and representative for RusMWO within the US territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Exercise total market ownership, acting as the exclusive agent for RusMWO throughout the United States.
- Outreach and partnership development with alternative wellness centers, biohacking clinics, chiropractors, and holistic health practitioners.
- Establish and manage a clinical affiliate network utilizing automated Shopify tracking to empower practitioners to distribute devices to their clientele.
- Conduct compelling live demonstrations of the MWO device using a complimentary unit to showcase its benefits to medical partners and affluent wellness customers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn an industry-leading commission of 15% to 20% on all US device sales, approximating $1,200 to $1,600+ net per unit, with no cap on earnings.
- Receive a premium Multi-Wave Oscillator device valued at $8,000 at no cost for demonstration, training, and personal wellness.
- Enjoy full work flexibility, operating remotely with autonomous control over your distribution network without corporate oversight.
Candidate Profile
- Passionate alternative health advocate who values cellular equilibrium beyond synthetic pharmaceuticals.
- Proven expertise in closing high-ticket sales in medical devices, wellness equipment, or high-end B2B markets.
- Well-connected within US alternative medicine, chiropractic, biohacking, or functional medicine communities.
- Knowledgeable of regulatory frameworks to confidently promote the product as a general wellness technology without requiring FDA approval.
