Role Overview

This full-time remote leadership position is focused on keeping operations running smoothly across several sites or territories. The role ensures that teams deliver consistently, processes stay efficient, and company policies and standards are followed across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operational performance across multiple locations or territories.
  • Guide regional teams so service levels remain steady and workflows stay efficient.
  • Track key performance indicators, review operational data, and use insights to improve output, quality, and customer experience.
  • Plan and monitor regional budgets, including financial oversight and reporting.
  • Allocate resources effectively to support business priorities.
  • Work closely with finance, HR, and customer support to keep operations aligned.
  • Regularly assess regional processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coach local managers and help them grow into stronger leaders.
  • Handle escalated operational issues and work toward timely resolution.
  • Keep regional activities aligned with wider company goals and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in operations leadership, including oversight across multiple sites, process improvement, and performance measurement.
  • Advanced ability to analyze data, spot patterns, and turn findings into practical decisions.
  • Proven experience leading teams, coaching managers, and building a collaborative work culture.
  • Solid budgeting and financial planning capability for regional operations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience improving service quality and resolving escalations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across teams and locations.
  • Comfort working remotely with strong organization and time-management habits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a similar field; higher education or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a regional or multi-site operations leadership role is strongly preferred.
