Location and Travel

• Preference given to candidates based in Central or South Florida.
• This is a hybrid role requiring travel to dental practices across southern states approximately 2 to 4 times monthly, depending on the candidate's home location.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance revenue by monitoring orthodontic exam results, managing pediatric dental productivity, and overseeing collections.
• Meet profitability goals by implementing cost controls, supervising payments, and discovering new efficiencies.
• Foster strong teams through nurturing company culture, coaching staff, organizing team events, and collaborating with HR on recruitment.
• Ensure maximum patient satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service and appealing facilities, and managing patient escalations effectively.
• Manage scheduling for all clinical personnel diligently.
• Maintain regular communication with office staff and supervisors to resolve issues and evaluate KPIs.
• Implement and support regional marketing and community engagement efforts.
• Assist in HR functions such as enforcing employee policies, managing disciplinary actions, pay structures, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dental board regulations.
• Lead new initiatives including software implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Confident yet humble leadership with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and multitask efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Experience and Education

• Minimum of three years of experience within dentistry or dental service organizations.
• Proven leadership managing teams of 10 or more individuals.
• Experience overseeing profit and loss statements or achieving financial targets.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
