Regional Director of Operations

Position Overview

The Regional Director of Operations will manage up to four Independent and Assisted Living facilities located in Southeast Michigan. This role entails comprehensive oversight of each community's operations including financial oversight, maintaining resident and staff satisfaction, regulatory compliance, recruitment and management of community leadership, census management, and meeting monthly and yearly financial targets. A key responsibility is to cultivate and lead a high-achieving team of Executive Directors who consistently surpass company standards.
