Regional Director of Operations

Overview

Our client is a well-established Food and Beverage Manufacturing and Distribution company seeking a skilled Regional Director to join their team. This position is on-site and can be based in either Toronto, Ontario or Montreal. The company boasts a stable, family-oriented culture focused on teamwork and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales management in the wholesale food and beverage sector.
• Oversee operations including warehouse and fleet management across 5 distribution centers.
• Manage administrative functions within 40,000 to 50,000 square foot facilities.
• Coordinate all branch activities working closely with General Managers.
• Hold full profit and loss accountability for the regions managed.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time as part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing or distribution.
• Fluency in both French and English languages.
• Prior experience managing multiple sites is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary estimated between CAD 150,000 to 170,000.
• Up to 30% performance bonus.
