Overview
A leading international organisation is hiring a Regional Compensation, Benefits & Global Mobility Specialist on a 1-year renewable contract in Singapore. This role sits within the HR function and is suited to someone who enjoys supporting reward programmes, employee mobility, and cross-border HR operations in a global setting.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you will help run annual salary review and bonus processes, administer employee benefits, manage global mobility activities, and prepare HR-related reports. The position involves close coordination with HR, Finance, and external service providers to keep regional rewards and assignment processes running smoothly while also improving workflows where possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of annual compensation review and bonus cycles.
- Assist with day-to-day benefits administration and related employee queries.
- Coordinate global mobility operations, including international assignments and related HR support.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and data for internal stakeholders.
- Work with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver regional compensation and benefits programmes effectively.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in HR processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience with practical exposure to both compensation & benefits and global mobility. You should be comfortable working with data, have strong analytical ability, and be proficient in Excel and HR systems. Experience partnering with regional stakeholders is important, and familiarity with international assignments, vendor coordination, and HR process improvement will be an advantage.
