Job Overview
Our client, a reputable company in Punjab specializing in manufacturing, supplying, and trading cattle feed, is seeking a Regional Business Manager to expand their cattle feed market presence. The role is based in Udaipur, India and focuses on growing the distributor network and managing sales operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand market reach for cattle feed products and establish a strong distributor network.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide the sales team while setting clear performance targets.
- Meet sales objectives and oversee key account management.
- Design effective market strategies, conduct detailed market research, and implement promotional activities.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and control of expenses to align with business goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualifications: MBA in Marketing/Agribusiness or any graduate degree.
- Experience between 8 to 12 years exclusively in sales of cattle feed, veterinary pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, or pesticides products.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity with solid understanding of cattle feed sector.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive annual salary package ranging from 900,000 to 1,200,000 INR. Additional benefits include travel allowance (TA), daily allowance (DA), and variable incentives based on performance.
