Job description

About the Role

This is a full-time regional business development position with Lodges & Caravans For Sale, a newly launched platform focused on helping holiday park businesses market and sell lodges and caravans more effectively across the UK. The company is in an early growth stage, already working with paying customers and preparing for wider national expansion.

The business says it is building a first-of-its-kind UK marketplace for this sector, designed to help holiday park operators attract more buyers, improve sales performance and get more value from every holiday home sold. The co-founder and board director, Phil Spencer MBE, is also an investor in the company.

You would be joining at a formative stage, with the chance to help shape the commercial direction of the business and potentially grow into senior leadership as the organisation expands.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and manage strong relationships with holiday park owners and senior decision-makers in your region.
  • Generate new business opportunities and secure commercial partnerships.
  • Introduce parks to the company’s marketing platform and related services.
  • Promote and encourage adoption of the Verified Parks National Charter.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Work closely with the founders to influence the company’s future growth.

Who This Role Suits

The company is looking for an experienced business development professional who has a strong record of winning business and building relationships at director and board level. You should be commercially focused, confident in front of senior stakeholders, organised, resilient and motivated by growth and progression. Travel across your region is required.

Prior experience in the holiday park industry would be helpful, but it is not essential. The employer is more interested in proven business development ability and someone who wants to help build a significant business from an early stage.
