Are you passionate about advancing clinical research across Europe? Oximio seeks an experienced Business Development Manager for Europe to drive the expansion of our clinical trial logistics services within one of the most dynamic healthcare markets globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects across European markets.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with sponsors, CROs, CDMOs, hospitals, and research organizations.
- Lead commercial negotiations related to clinical trial logistics, depot services, and Importer of Record (IoR) solutions.
- Represent the company at international conferences and events within the industry.
- Work collaboratively with diverse internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development within clinical research, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the European clinical trials ecosystem.
- Track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting commercial objectives.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
- A motivated self-starter comfortable operating in an international setting.
