Overview
The Regional Admin Manager for the Gold Loan Business oversees administrative tasks across zonal branches, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, infrastructure preparedness, and cost management. This role involves managing contract personnel, collaborating with various stakeholders, and maintaining operational continuity to foster business expansion and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise administrative functions throughout multiple zonal branches to enable effective branch operations.
- Handle facility management including preventive maintenance, asset oversight, and coordination with vendors.
- Lead branch expansion activities encompassing infrastructure development, site readiness, and execution of related projects.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory guidelines and internal audit standards.
- Manage administrative budgets including vendor payments and monitor expenses for financial control.
- Oversee contract staff ensuring productivity and adherence to organizational standards.

Major Accountabilities
- Oversee daily branch administrative operations, including managing housekeeping and security services and resolving operational issues.
- Supervise preventive maintenance activities and implement systems for asset management.
- Lead the initiation and completion of new branch setups by coordinating civil and interior projects and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining necessary registers, preparing MIS reports, and responding to audit queries.
- Manage travel logistics, event organization, courier services, and cross-departmental coordination.
