CyberGate Defense is urgently seeking a seasoned Red Teaming Specialist to join our distinguished offensive security team at our headquarters in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This critical role demands an adept operator with over five years of focused experience in offensive security, who can emulate sophisticated adversaries and execute multi-phase intrusion scenarios without leaving any detectable evidence.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary mission will involve the strategic planning and leadership of complex internal and external Red Team initiatives designed to simulate Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs). You will rigorously evaluate client enterprise defenses by evading detection mechanisms such as EDR and SIEM, conducting lateral movements, privilege escalations, and thoroughly testing security controls under stealth conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Demonstrated capability in stealth operations with a strict zero-trace approach.
- Extensive background in managing both internal and external Red Team engagements.
- Proficiency in performing in-depth web application penetration tests.
- Strong working knowledge of mobile application security assessments on iOS and Android platforms.
- Advanced expertise with penetration tools and frameworks including Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap.
- In-depth understanding of Active Directory exploitation techniques, lateral movement tactics, Kerberoasting, and privilege escalation.
- Ability to create custom bypass scripts and tools using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Exceptional skills in composing concise, actionable technical reports suitable for both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP testing standards.
Preferred Experience
- Background in exploit development, including discovery and reporting of novel CVEs or zero-day vulnerabilities.
Mandatory Certifications
- At least one among OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), CRTP (Certified Red Team Professional), or OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert).
Highly Desirable Certifications
- GRTP (G组织 Red Team Professional) or OSEE (Offensive Security Exploitation Expert) certifications.
