Job Overview
This role involves comprehensive management of recruitment processes for factory roles, ensuring timely hiring and smooth onboarding while maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for factory roles including production workers, technicians, warehouse personnel, drivers, and supervisors.
- Identify and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, referrals, and local sources.
- Review applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
- Organize and facilitate walk-in interviews, job fairs, and bulk recruitment events.
- Oversee onboarding procedures and ensure all recruitment paperwork is properly completed.
- Maintain detailed recruitment records and generate reports related to hiring activities.
- Develop talent pools to meet manpower requirements promptly.
- Execute other recruitment-related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Prior experience recruiting blue-collar or high-volume positions is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and achieve recruitment goals.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English; skills in local languages considered beneficial.
