Overview

Five Season Optical is hiring a Recruitment Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a range of positions and seniority levels, while overseeing the full hiring cycle and supporting internal transfers.

Role Summary

The selected candidate will manage recruitment activities from posting vacancies and choosing suitable sourcing channels to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and helping build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Prepare job advertisements and select the most effective marketing channels and professional networks for each vacancy.
  • Coordinate internal hiring movements and employee transfers within the company.
  • Track incoming applications and assess candidates against role requirements.
  • Conduct candidate interviews by phone as well as in person.
  • Measure hiring sources, follow recruitment metrics, and help determine the required budget.
  • Reach out to potential candidates and maintain relationships for future openings.
  • Issue job offers and negotiate employment terms.
  • Prepare recruitment forms and documentation for open positions.
  • Work closely with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs.
  • Take part in recruitment fairs and stay informed about labor market changes.
  • Support the company’s employer brand and help create a positive employee experience.
  • Use advanced sourcing methods to identify and attract applicants.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction within the organization.
  • Build and maintain a database in cooperation with internal and external recruitment agencies, while fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Follow up on and make use of government support programs, such as Saudization initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to use social media platforms to publish and promote job openings.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong communication skills with different types of personalities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time well, stay organized, and prioritize tasks effectively.
