Overview

This is a fully remote recruitment opportunity with a UK-based company, Talent Finder UK. The role is based from home and follows UK working hours, specifically 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday; in Pakistan, this corresponds to 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The compensation for this position is PKR 100,000 per month. Candidates must have access to a PC or laptop, a stable internet connection, and a headset for making VoIP calls.

Talent Finder is an online recruitment solutions business serving clients across the United Kingdom. The company is expanding and is looking for a motivated recruiter to support its growth.

Role Summary

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will oversee the complete hiring cycle, from sourcing and screening through to interview scheduling and candidate selection. The goal is to deliver a high-quality experience for applicants and clients throughout the process.

Key Duties

  • Use the applicant tracking system to screen profiles, create shortlists, and arrange interviews for clients.
  • Search for and engage suitable candidates for active vacancies.
  • Carry out direct sourcing and headhunting activities, including attracting, evaluating, shortlisting, and selecting candidates.
  • Ask targeted questions to understand a candidate’s background and relevant experience.
  • Build talent pipelines for present and future hiring needs through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Ensure every candidate receives a smooth, professional, and excellent service.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will already have recruitment experience, either from an in-house team or a staffing agency, and should be comfortable filling a variety of roles. A university degree is required. Strong spoken and written English is essential, and prior use of an ATS will be a strong advantage.

Applicants should also bring an excellent telephone manner, a confident and energetic approach, and the ability to stay focused, professional, analytical, flexible, and detail-oriented. Good working knowledge of MS Office is also expected.
