Job description
Role overview
This position is for a Delivery Consultant / Resourcer based in Leeds, focused on technology and professional services recruitment. The role has been designed for people who prefer the delivery side of recruitment: sourcing strong candidates, managing the hiring journey carefully, and helping placements close successfully.
Rather than treating delivery as a secondary function, this opportunity places it at the centre of the role. You will work with established vacancies alongside experienced 360 recruiters who are generating business, while you concentrate on finding the right people and keeping processes moving.
How the role works
You will support a team of high-performing consultants and handle live roles from existing clients. The environment is fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on consistency, accountability, and doing the job well. It is a good fit for someone who likes being busy and takes pride in quality delivery.
Rewards and progression
The compensation model includes a negotiable base salary depending on experience, plus 50% of the placement fee on every deal you deliver. Commission can reach up to 30%, and there is no commission threshold. You will also have access to active vacancies, the opportunity to work with accomplished recruiters, and a path into 360 recruitment later on if you want that progression. If you prefer to specialise in delivery long-term, that is also fully supported.
Who this could suit
This role may be a strong match if you are already working as a delivery consultant or resourcer and feel your results are not properly rewarded, if you are a 360 recruiter who prefers the candidate side over business development, or if you want a recruitment role where delivery is valued instead of treated as an afterthought.
Background and experience
The employer is open to applicants from technology recruitment, professional services recruitment, or other recruitment backgrounds, provided they have built solid sourcing skills and strong candidate management ability.
Additional information
This is not presented as an easier option. The desk expectations are high, and the role requires pace and reliable performance. The business is looking for someone who enjoys the operational side of recruitment and does not need a sales-led environment to stay motivated.
