Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Advisor to join our HR team in Harrow, London. This full-time, fixed-term position (12 months) involves managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring new employees have a smooth onboarding experience. The role reports to the HR Operations Lead and offers the chance to enhance recruitment and onboarding workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full recruitment cycles, including job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing offer processes.
- Deliver an engaging and effective onboarding program for new hires.
- Work closely with HR leadership to refine and optimize recruitment and onboarding practices.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an administrative capacity with strong organizational abilities and record-keeping skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to provide professional guidance to managers and candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable with excellent prioritization and time-management capabilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in HR or recruitment administration.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Capability to assist with project coordination within the HR department.
- Keen interest in continually improving processes.
- Confidence to delegate tasks within the team and across departments.

Additional Information
- Salary is £30,000 per annum.
- The role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements.
- The position requires 35 working hours per week.
- This is a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months.
