Job description
Role overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to support hiring across technical and operational roles. This position is best suited to someone who has a solid background in Talent Acquisition, especially for Facilities Management and Engineering functions, and who can confidently identify, attract, and secure high-quality candidates.
What you will do
- Run the recruitment process end to end, from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Find talent through job boards, social platforms, professional communities, and employee referrals.
- Review applications, interview candidates, and organize assessment stages.
- Develop and nurture a strong candidate pool for FM and Engineering openings.
- Draft job adverts and publish vacancies on suitable channels.
- Handle offer letters, reference verification, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor hiring data and share recruitment status reports regularly.
- Follow company procedures and established recruitment standards throughout the process.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on hiring experience for Facilities Management and Engineering positions.
- Good understanding of sourcing methods and recruitment tools/platforms.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Capability to manage several vacancies at once while meeting deadlines.
- Prior exposure to ATS and HR systems is an advantage.
Preferred background
- Experience hiring engineers, technicians, maintenance workers, facility managers, MEP specialists, and similar technical profiles.
- Background in FM businesses, engineering consultancies, construction, or property management environments.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.

This role is based onsite in Doha, Qatar.
