Overview
This role involves leading recruitment efforts by providing guidance and support to the recruitment team. The specialist ensures delivery of hiring activities according to workforce plans, manages sourcing through diverse channels, and maintains recruitment data accuracy to enable efficient hiring processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Offer guidance and support to team members during assigned tasks, fostering knowledge transfer and on-the-job training.
- Assess and recommend developmental plans to help team members enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Implement recruitment activities aligned with approved workforce plans, budgets, and frameworks to ensure consistent hiring results.
- Coordinate talent sourcing using various platforms like job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to create robust candidate pipelines.
- Oversee screening and shortlisting procedures to comply with job needs and recruitment standards.
- Organize interview schedules, assessment logistics, and consolidate feedback to maintain a smooth candidate experience.
- Conduct candidate evaluations through tests, technical assessments, and competency-based interviews that match hiring requirements.
- Perform reference checks and background verifications to confirm qualifications and integrity before hiring.
- Assist in preparing job offers and contracts while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain thorough recruitment records and update systems to guarantee data accuracy and audit compliance.
- Track recruitment performance indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness, identifying areas needing improvement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies to promptly meet recruitment demands.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and suggest improvements in tools and methods.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least six years of relevant experience in recruitment or human resources.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
