About the Role
Join a collaborative and dynamic team at RBC focused on attracting and engaging top talent for Personal Banking and Commercial Banking divisions. As a Recruitment Coordinator for Early Talent, you will provide essential recruitment support and administrative assistance to Early Talent recruitment specialists. Your role includes managing interviews, preparing offer letters and reports, supporting recruitment events, and maintaining recruitment data. You will engage with students, hiring managers, business partners, and vendors, ensuring a smooth candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. This position is ideal for those passionate about human resources and student recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong collaborative support to Recruiters, assisting managers and candidates effectively.
- Participate in and facilitate on-campus recruitment events, supporting their organization and execution.
- Draft and prepare offer letters for students and compile recruitment reports to support ongoing projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to assist with student onboarding processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience, including internships or office roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiar with internet and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail along with analytical, numeric reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and projects such as scheduling interviews and handling ad hoc tasks.
- Experience or exposure to Human Resources roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Phenom or Workday systems is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
