Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Coordinator who can lead the entire recruitment lifecycle alongside a company founder. This position requires handling all aspects from writing and posting job advertisements, preparing recruitment briefs, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, screening, coordinating interviews across different time zones, and managing all related scheduling up to the final hiring decision.
Key Requirements
This role is not suited for beginners. Candidates must have significant recruitment experience, be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing interactions with senior personnel and experienced applicants confidently. The successful candidate should demonstrate initiative, rapid learning ability, and take full ownership of their responsibilities, earning trust through consistent performance.

The position is fully remote and open to individuals based in South Africa. A competitive salary will be provided.
