Job Overview

As a Recruitment Coordinator based in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle meticulously and ensuring seamless communication between candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Screen incoming resumes to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with both candidates and clients.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate databases accurately.
  • Generate recruitment-related reports and handle required documentation.
  • Compose professional correspondence to engage clients and candidates effectively.
  • Post job openings on various online job portals and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Support mobilization initiatives and assist with necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities.
  • Perform general administrative duties and office coordination tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

Compensation

The remuneration for this position ranges from 13000 to 17000 INR per month.
