Job description
Role Overview
This role is for a Recruitment Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate should be prepared to travel to branch offices whenever business needs require it.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete hiring cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Arrange interviews and work with recruitment agencies to support overseas hiring requirements.
- Review and validate candidate paperwork and manage the employment visa workflow.
- Partner with the PRO on visa submissions and subsequent follow-ups.
- Make sure onboarding is completed on time and all pre-employment formalities are finished.
- Bring prior hands-on experience in recruitment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment is required.
- Exposure to blue-collar hiring will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
- Good verbal and written communication, along with strong coordination and planning skills, are needed.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
