Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Canterbury team. This role involves overseeing a busy temporary staffing desk, focusing on attracting candidates and developing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard healthcare professionals.
- Establish and nurture strong client and candidate relationships.
- Manage current client accounts and fulfill staffing needs.
- Drive new business growth through sales and networking.
- Coordinate shifts and manage temporary staffing assignments.
- Ensure compliance standards are thoroughly met.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients alike.
- Meet and surpass KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Participate in a shared out-of-hours on-call rotation.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruitment is a plus, although backgrounds in sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, or retail will also be considered.
- Positive, motivated mindset with strong relationship-building ability.
- A strong ambition to advance professionally.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-focused approach.
- Possession of a full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Working Hours and Conditions
