The business is known for ethical working practices, strong industry credibility, and long-term investment in staff development. It works with NHS clients through NHS Workforce Alliance / HealthTrust Europe (HTE) Framework status, and it also recruits into international healthcare roles.
The role
You will be part of a high-performing team and will manage a desk with strong existing potential, balancing work with current clients and new business development. The position calls for a recruiter who can work quickly, take initiative, and step into a busy environment with confidence.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through networking and regular contact.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate qualified doctors and other medical professionals.

- Keep recruitment administration organised and accurate.
About you
The ideal candidate will already have experience recruiting in healthcare at a national or international level, preferably placing doctors or nurses. You should be commercially strong, confident in sales and account retention, and comfortable managing a busy desk on your own initiative. Good communication skills are important, both over the phone and face to face, and you should be able to travel to the office for part of the week.
