Recruitment Consultant - Early Career Recruiting (Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to assist with early career and internship hiring efforts for a prominent organization. This contract position lasts through the end of the year and offers flexible remote or hybrid work options. Applicants with 1 to 2 or more years of recruiting experience, especially focused on early career, campus, internship, or business-related recruiting such as accounting, actuarial science, marketing, or finance, will find this role suitable. Note this position does not involve IT recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to advance internship hiring initiatives.
• Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct HR screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate selections with internship hiring committees.
• Manage high-volume recruitment activities during the peak campus hiring season.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant prior experience in recruiting, ideally within campus or early career hiring.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), any platform experience accepted.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• HireVue
• iCIMS
• Oracle
• Other ATS platforms are also acceptable.

Additional Information

This opportunity offers a pay range of $30 to $33 per hour for a 5-month contract, with potential for extension. The position supports dynamic recruiting programs aimed at connecting emerging talent with career opportunities.
