Recruitment Consultant - APAC Region

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the APAC region to handle comprehensive recruitment activities for clients based in Malaysia and Singapore. This position entails complete ownership of the hiring process from sourcing to candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for clients in the Asia-Pacific area, specifically Malaysia and Singapore.
• Locate potential candidates by leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, and additional sourcing tools.
• Evaluate candidate suitability through screening and detailed interviews.
• Support candidates through all recruitment stages including preparation for interviews and negotiating compensation.
• Keep precise data entry in the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive experience for candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years and up to 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for the Asia-Pacific marketplace is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, and various candidate sourcing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and contemporary recruitment methodologies.
• Capacity to operate independently while also cooperating effectively within a team.
