What You Will Be Doing

• Managing recruitment assignments for clients within the construction and engineering space.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates across North America.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment, with permanent recruitment experience preferred. You should be proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with urgency. A strong customer-first mindset is important, along with the ambition to progress and earn more through performance.
