Job description
About the Role
This opportunity is for a graduate-level recruitment consultant based in Singapore. It is an entry-level role within a globally recognised talent partner known for award-winning service and strong growth. The business is supported by private equity and is expanding into an ambitious new phase. You will work within one of six specialist brands focused on fast-growing industries, developing deep sector knowledge and becoming a trusted market expert.
Key Responsibilities
From the outset, you will take ownership of client relationships, talent sourcing, and the full recruitment lifecycle. The role requires proactive outreach, strong relationship management, and a consistent focus on results.
- Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across a specialist market.
- Negotiate terms and understand client hiring needs so you can act as a reliable talent partner.
- Source, approach, and engage mid-level to senior and executive candidates through direct outreach.
- Build strong talent pipelines through networking, phone-based outreach, and relationship building.
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including introductions, interviews, offer discussions, and support after placement.
- Use technology and data tools to spot opportunities, follow market movements, and improve outreach effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
The company is not requiring prior recruitment experience, but it is looking for candidates with the right attitude, drive, and professional habits. Success in this role depends on consistent effort, accountability, and resilience.
- Strong ambition to build a successful career, earn well, and progress quickly.
- Clear and confident communication with the ability to adjust approach to different people.
- Professional conduct, preparation, follow-through, and maturity.
- Evidence of a strong work ethic through sport, internships, part-time work, or academic achievement.
- A 2:1 degree or above, or at least 2 years of experience in a sales environment.
What Success Requires
- Regular, consistent activity such as making calls, having conversations, and maintaining effort day after day.
- Personal ownership of performance, relationships, and outcomes.
- Willingness to flag problems early, learn quickly, and improve after setbacks.
- Resilience when deals change, candidates withdraw, or clients delay decisions.
Benefits and Work Environment
The role includes uncapped commission, award-winning internal training, and strong healthcare benefits. In addition, the company offers early access to major clients, modern technology, a development-focused culture, support from experienced colleagues, and a performance-driven commercial model. The workplace is designed for high performance and benefits from being around ambitious, capable people.
Additional Information
This position is described as a graduate recruitment consultant role in Singapore. The source also indicates an entry-level profile and full-time start, while the employment label provided is part-time/onsite. No specific salary amount, number of openings, start date, or application deadline was stated.
Terms and Conditions
