Role overview
Apex Partners is a specialist HR and talent advisory firm that supports organizations across FMCG, industrial, healthcare, technology, and oil & gas. The company is growing its presence in Saudi Arabia’s Western Region and is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage talent delivery remotely for this market.
About the position
In this role, you will take ownership of the complete recruitment process — from understanding hiring requirements to finding, evaluating, and placing strong candidates. You will work independently while being supported by an established consultancy, and you will be responsible for nurturing client and candidate relationships across the Western Region.
Key duties
- Handle recruitment assignments end to end across different functions, industries, and job levels.
- Identify, approach, screen, and assess candidates based on client hiring criteria.
- Run first-round interviews and prepare strong candidate shortlists for clients.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and job seekers in the Western Region.
- Manage offer coordination and stay engaged with candidates until they join their new roles.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency environment or across multiple sectors. You should have a good grasp of the local market in the Western Region, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and communicate confidently in both Arabic and English. This opportunity is specifically for Saudi nationals.
