Role Overview

As a Recruiting Specialist in the North America process, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, including determining hiring needs, crafting attractive job descriptions, sourcing talents, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, making selections, onboarding new hires, and managing candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex recruitment challenges, devising new methods or adapting existing procedures as necessary.
  • Understand the strategic objectives set by senior leadership and align team goals accordingly.
  • Primarily report to and interact with direct supervisors, with occasional collaboration with peers and management at client or Accenture levels.
  • Make decisions impacting the recruiting team and manage small teams or specific work efforts, particularly in individual contributor roles.
  • Work in rotational shifts as required by the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Processes.
  • Experience with Interview and Candidate Management.
  • Familiarity with recruiting systems, especially Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Capability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work well within-group settings.

  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduation.
  • Experience Required: 7 to 11 years in relevant recruiting functions.
