Role overview

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Recruitment, Huddle Up is hiring 2 Recruiting Sourcers for a short-term engagement in a fast-moving, high-volume setting. The position is focused on expanding the top of the recruiting funnel with well-matched candidates, using methods such as Boolean and X-ray searches, job board sourcing, social media outreach, and interview scheduling support for recruiters. The emphasis is on building strong relationships while identifying qualified clinical talent.

The company is looking for someone who communicates well, thinks strategically, works resourcefully, stays highly organized, and is comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities. Prior sourcing experience with clinicians such as Speech Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists in school settings is a strong advantage.

Compensation and schedule

  • Engagement length: 6 weeks
  • Pay rate: $40 per hour
  • Workload: 40 hours per week
  • Preferred start: ASAP

Key responsibilities

  • Work with recruiters and clinical managers to clarify the ideal profile for school-based Speech Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists.
  • Use sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, licensure boards, and resume databases to find and engage strong candidates proactively.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both actively searching and passive professionals.
  • Write outreach messages that reflect Huddle Up’s mission and values.
  • Keep candidate movement updated accurately in the ATS and internal sourcing trackers.
  • Track state-by-state licensure expectations and school hiring cycles to stay ahead of staffing needs.

Required qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience sourcing licensed professionals in healthcare or education, preferably school-based clinicians.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and Handshake.
  • Strong understanding of licensure, credentials, and school staffing practices is preferred.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, self-direction, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
