Job description

About the company

Huddle Up is a provider-founded, provider-led organization that supports school districts across the country with dependable, high-quality care. The company offers team-based virtual and onsite IEP therapy and support, and has delivered more than 1 million therapy sessions in speech, occupational therapy, mental health, and school psychology. It reports that 94% of clients see strong student engagement under its providers' care.

The company places equal value on student support and provider support, encouraging collaboration, connection, and access to tools that help clinical teams stay connected with one another and with clinical managers. Its clinical managers have extensive experience with school-based teletherapy and are available as needed.

Role overview

This position reports to the Director of Clinical Recruitment. Huddle Up is looking for 2 to 3 full-cycle recruiters who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and help expand its network of clinical professionals. The role covers the recruiting process from start to finish, including sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and offer coordination, while building strong relationships with candidates.

The ideal person will communicate clearly, stay highly organized, and enjoy working through changing priorities and ambiguous situations. Prior experience recruiting clinicians such as speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, LCSWs, and occupational therapists for virtual school settings is a strong advantage.
