Role Overview
The Recruiting & Onboarding Supervisor partners with the Regional Personnel Development Manager to coordinate local recruiting and onboarding activities across the district. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers on recruiting and onboarding matters, while working closely with district leadership to meet hiring and onboarding objectives.
Recruiting & Selection
- Help build and roll out recruiting programs and related tools for the district, and join recruiting efforts whenever required.
- Assist with district-level internship programs when needed.
- Oversee the Smart Recruiters workflow, including posting, screening, and closing job advertisements in line with Time to Hire targets.
- Collaborate with district managers to support the full hiring process from start to finish.
- Organize and attend local career fairs.
Onboarding
- Work alongside the Regional Personnel Development Manager and Employee Relations Coordinator to deliver a consistent and effective onboarding experience for new hires and transfers.
- Support district leaders in ensuring new employees receive the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
Training
- May be asked to facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Take part in Global Training calls.
- Participate in Americas Training calls.
- Contribute ideas and effort toward improving productivity within the training organization.
Systems & Reporting
- Use reporting tools and analytics to monitor trends, perform analysis, and complete assessments.

Physical Requirements
- Regular use of standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and fax/copy/scan machines.
- Ability to write with a pen, pencil, or marker.
- Most work is completed while seated at a desk.
- Must be able to stand for different lengths of time when delivering in-person training.
- Travel is required for in-person training and meetings with district management teams and employees.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Background in creating and delivering presentations.
- Management experience is preferred.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement practical solutions.
- Strong results orientation.
- Ability to influence others and drive change effectively.
- Working knowledge of employee development practices, including recruiting, interviewing, training facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.

Work Environment
This position is based in Grapevine, Texas and follows an on-site work arrangement. The role may involve travel for training and meetings.
