Role Overview
The Recruiting Account Manager role is for an experienced recruiter capable of managing both recruitment and client accounts. This is a non-entry-level position suited for individuals seeking meaningful work visibility, influence, and performance-based advancement free from organizational politics.
Typical Daily Activities
- Handling high-volume recruiting efforts for nationwide contract staffing accounts, overseeing requisitions and candidate pipelines from sourcing to placement and follow-up.
- Managing client accounts by maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers, reporting on recruitment pipelines, and cultivating relationships that foster repeat business opportunities.
- Conducting permanent national searches within core industry verticals, managing the entire process from job intake to offer acceptance.
- Working collaboratively with other recruiters on strategic approaches, candidate sourcing, and development.
Candidate Profile
- At least three years of agency recruiting experience, in contract, permanent, or mixed roles.
- Proven skills in handling client relationships beyond simple job fills.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach.
- An entrepreneurial attitude marked by ownership, proactive communication, and self-direction without needing supervision.
- Comfortable functioning in a dynamic, small team environment where multi-tasking is common.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $45,000 to $52,000, supplemented by uncapped commission potential.
